Welcome to Cavalier Lacrosse Club

Cavalier Lacrosse Club is the leading full-service Northern Virginia lacrosse program for both boys and girls, from youth to high school to adult. Our players come from all over the Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and Washington, DC area for year-round opportunities to play with and against some of the best talent on the East coast.

For the Boys and Girls Youth program, our goal is to provide developing players quality instruction to compete against highly competive programs. The coaching staff brings experience as DI, DII, and DIII college players, both current and former, as well as experience coaching young players. Our travel teams are comprised of talented players who are seeking enhanced coaching and playing opportunites. 

The Boys and Girls High School program is focused on an increased level of competitive play and preparing student-athletes to compete at the college level. The coaches of our high school teams bring a wide range of experience, from current high school coaches to current college players to current professional lacrosse players. Coaches are dedicated to our players' individual process in both instruction and recruiting. We have dedicated Recruiting Directors for both the Boys and Girls programs to assist our players as they navigate exposure, increased competitive play, and contact with college coaches. At Cavalier Lacrosse, we don't follow a "one size fits all" approach to recruiting. We believe that it is important that each player finds his/her college that is the right fit for them both athletically and academically. 

Our Cavalier Mens Teams feature a collection of former college and pro all-stars combined with Cav Alumni. Our philosophy is to provide a platform for Cavalier Club players to continue competitive and fun play with a Cavs team from cradle to grave.  We have Mens Elite (18+) and Masters (32+) teams that play in both field/outdoor and box/indoor leagues. Lastly, but not at all the least important, is our focus on family and community with our Cavs Cares Program. We value the whole student-athlete and believe that each of them are called to action by giving back to their community and to the game. The Cavs progam and each of our teams build lasting relationships with players and their families, on and off the field. The #cavsfamily is much more than a social media tag; it is the heart and soul of Cavalier Lacrosse.
