Tryouts will be held February 2nd and February 5th at Word of Grace. There will be bi-weekly practices and 3 tournaments.
Speed & Agility Training -
Summer program includes weekly speed and agility training. Training will be held at Cavs Park.

June 17- 19 - IWLCA Champions Cup, Boyds, MD
June 25-26 - Laxin Out Loud, Maryland Soccerplex
July 8-10 - IWLCA Capital Cup, Richmond, VA
