Summer 2022 Program

Overview -

Tryouts will be held February 2nd and February 9th.  There will be bi-weekly practices and 3 tournaments. 

Speed & Agility Training -

Summer program includes weekly speed and agility training.  Training will be held at Cavs Park.

Tournaments- 

• June 11-12 - IWCLA Southeast Cup, Winston Salem, NC

• June 17-19 - IWLCA Champions Cup, Boyds, MD

• July 8-10 - IWCLA Capital Cup, Richmond, VA
